Solar Development Manager

• Responsibility for areas of the planning and permitting process, including:
• Securing necessary land rights and permits for new pipeline connection
• Overseeing early stage planning work, including: feasibility studies, land use compatibility application, EIA screening, etc.
• Preparing and submitting an AAI application, including overseeing a robust social engagement strategy with local stakeholders
• Securing necessary municipal permits and authorisations to enable construction
• Managing and engaging with stakeholders
  
  Various levels of government: municipal, AAC, and National level
• Other statutory consultees such as heritage, ecology, and landscape officers
• Subconsultants preparing surveys and assessments
• Developing a clear and concise communications plan across the hierarchy of stakeholders in the UK and Spain

• 7-10+ years professional experience
• Experience with AAI permitting process in Spain, or NSIP in the UK
• Bachelors or Masters degree in related field

• £80 - 100k Salary depending on experience
