Network Steward

Job Summary

Our client is looking for a proactive Network Steward to manage, inspect, and maintain a designated area of Hounslow’s highway infrastructure. You will deliver high‑quality inspections, enforce street scene standards, and support environmental improvement initiatives.

• Manage, inspect, and maintain designated highway infrastructure areas.
• Deliver high‑quality inspections and enforce street scene standards.
• Support environmental improvement initiatives.
• Record, analyse, and report data accurately to support maintenance and performance targets.

• Educated to a level that allows further training and professional development.
• Experience in highway inspections, street scene enforcement, or infrastructure management.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills to work with colleagues, the public, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of legislation and guidelines such as the Highways Act 1980, Environmental Protection Act 1990, and New Roads and Street Works Act 1991.

• Salary of up to £40,000 per year.
• Monday to Friday, 40‑hour working week with a structured schedule.
