Location: Greater London

Senior Site Engineer – RTL Group Ltd, Blackfriars, London. Pay: £300-£350/day. Contract role.

Responsibilities

Oversee all engineering aspects on the site
Oversee building work
Undertake surveys
Check technical designs and drawings to ensure correct compliance
Ensure project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets, and timescales
Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
Provide technical advice and solve problems on site
Prepare site reports and complete other paperwork
Liaise with quantity surveyors about ordering and pricing of materials
Ensure health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to

Qualifications

Engineering Degree qualification
Excellent knowledge of RC Frame
Experience working with a main contractor is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Project
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work as part of a team
