Various Construction Sites (Central London and beyond!)

Hours:

8 AM – 5 PM, Monday to Friday

Salary:
Competitive salary based on experience with optional regular overtime!

• Predominately carrying out pre-commissioning cleaning on the systems according to BSRIA standards.
• Represent Ashford on projects, attending meeting & liaising with clients.
• Supervising and collaborating with contractors and operatives.
• Building and maintaining a good working rapport with the company's key clients.
• Prioritizing workload and dealing with issues effectively and promptly.
• Writing Emails, Test Packs & Detailed reports.
• Sampling for on-site testing & Laboratory analysis.
• Cold water storage tank cleaning & Domestic water disinfections.
