Our client is offering you more than just another engineering role - this is your chance to work closely with the Managing Director and take on a leadership role providing excellent technical support in a forward-thinking team, where you will work on complex and challenging projects that will inspire you.

They are seeking an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of a diverse range of UK-based projects valued up to 25m. This is a key role within a growing consultancy, offering technical leadership, client engagement, and team mentoring opportunities.

You will oversee structural design from concept through to construction, using materials such as steel, concrete, timber, and masonry. Responsibilities include structural analysis to Eurocodes/British Standards, coordination with multidisciplinary teams, technical reporting, and maintaining client relationships. Proficiency in software like Axis VM, Tekla Tedds, and IDEA Stati Ca is required.

• MEng (Hons) in Structural Engineering
• 6-8+ years' consultancy experience
• Chartered or nearing Chartership with IStructE
• Strong leadership, communication, and project delivery skills
• Commercially aware with budget management experience
