Ser- is seeking an experienced Mechanical bias Building Services Engineer with a strong HVAC background for a large static, high-end residential site. The role covers service, maintenance and breakdown of mechanical plant, plus electrical maintenance and HVAC system management.
Based in Hendon or Walthamstow, the candidate should have Level 2 Mechanical Engineering (not plumbing) or an Fgas qualification and be prepared to support two sites when required.
