Lead Structural Engineer

Overview

Conrad Consulting is working with a leading international multidisciplinary firm in London, offering opportunities to contribute to innovative and sustainable engineering across local and international projects. The role is for a principal or associate level structural engineer to lead the building structures team, delivering projects to the firm’s high standards.

You will attend project meetings, collaborate with the wider team, support management, and ensure client satisfaction while promoting repeat business.

• Lead the building structures team and oversee delivery of projects in line with client expectations and the firm’s standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and attend project meetings to drive project success.
• Ensure client satisfaction and promote repeat business through effective communication and delivery.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience with a track record of delivering projects and managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with integrity, remain calm under pressure, and guide the team.
• Experience across a range of building structures; data centre project experience is advantageous.
