As an Assistant Building Surveyor with us, you ll be at the forefront of captivating projects on a wide range of building types. This is your chance to immerse yourself in a wide array of intriguing ventures.

Within this role, you ll play a crucial part in shaping the future of our projects, with a particular emphasis on energy efficiency and retrofit initiatives. Your contributions will be integral to our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

• Site visits and associated reports
• Production and issue of Monthly Valuations
• Specification Writing
• General Contract Administration

• 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, with a dedication to professional growth, demonstrated by ongoing pursuit of an APC certification
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project and Power Point
• Full Driving License
• Ability to work well in a team environment

• Flexible working hours (7.25 hour working day, core hours 10am–4:15pm) 36.25 hours per week
