Development Manager – Medical Equipment Manufacturing

We are an award-winning medical equipment manufacturing company looking for a Development Manager to understand and address customer demands in a fast-paced, small-team startup setting.

Requirements

Rapid prototyping experience (ALM/3DP/SLS)
Proficiency in CAD software (Solid Works, Fusion 360, Creo)
Ph.D., master’s, or bachelor’s in mechanical, biomedical, aerospace, or automotive engineering, or related field
3–5 years of mechanical engineering experience
Solid background in medical device development (preferred)
Intellectual versatility and creativity; prioritized regardless of skill level
Proven record of successful product development
Strong technical skills in developing mechanical systems
Knowledge of medical device marketing channels, plans, and policies
Outstanding project-management and organisational abilities
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a group
Capability to meet deadlines and ensure team members and partners do as well
Capacity to collaborate with the broader team to drive and prioritise projects
Eligible to work and live in the UK
