What you'll do- Lead and develop the structures discipline in London, building a team that reflects your leadership style.
- Drive business development, using your network and client-facing skills to bring in new projects.
- Oversee the design of major structures, ensuring high standards and innovative solutions across all materials.
- Chartered status, ideally MIStructE, but MICE will be considered.
- At least 10 years’ UK design consultancy experience, giving you the depth of knowledge to lead effectively.
- Client-facing experience, so you can build relationships and grow the business.
A 300-strong multi-discipline consultancy with four UK offices and several international locations. They have a high proportion of chartered structural engineers and a highly successful degree apprenticeship scheme, which means a steady pipeline of talent and support for your leadership development.
