Location: Greater London
OLIX is seeking a Senior/Staff Packaging Engineer to define and deliver packaging solutions enabling ASIC-to-system integration. You will own front-end package design, ASIC‑to‑substrate integration, and advanced 2.5D/3D packaging across die, substrate, and board interfaces.
You will lead the end‑to‑end package design flow, perform PI/SI simulations, and collaborate with ASIC, substrate vendors, and OSATs to ensure manufacturability, reliability, and readiness for production.
