Crown House Technologies is the specialist MEP delivery unit of Laing O’Rourke and is currently recruiting an MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team in Dagenham.

• Lead all commercial aspects of major MEP packages within a fast‑paced environment, including specialist mechanical, electrical and public health subcontractors.
• Provide full commercial, contractual and financial management to achieve project profit, cash flow and margin targets on data centre delivery.
• Plan and support complex data centre MEP delivery, ensuring best practice across procurement, commissioning and subcontract management.
• Lead commercial activities across pre‑construction and construction phases.
• Manage commercial resources supporting high‑value, fast‑track data centre MEP delivery programmes.
• Support development of commercial team members and strengthen capability within data centre project delivery teams.

• Strong knowledge of contracts in complex project environments.
• Experience in MEP Quantity Surveying from a specialist MEP subcontractor or main contractor.
• Background in high‑value, fast‑paced project environments (ideally data centres or critical infrastructure).
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• Member of RICS or working towards achieving MRICS status is preferable.
