A leading global engineering consultancy is seeking a Principal Tailings Engineer to join its growing mining team in London. Working across major international mining projects, the Principal Tailings Engineer will provide technical leadership on tailings storage facilities (TSFs), supporting clients through the full asset lifecycle while driving industry best practice.

The Role
- Principal Tailings Engineer

Lead the design, review and assessment of tailings storage facilities and mine waste infrastructure.
Provide technical oversight on dam safety inspections, risk assessments and independent reviews.
Deliver feasibility, detailed design, operational support, closure and expansion studies.
Ensure projects align with GISTM, ANCOLD, CDA and other international standards.
