CAD Technician - M&T

• Produce detailed engineering drawings from sketches and technical specifications using industry-standard CAD software
• Generate accurate schedules and take-offs (e.g., concrete reinforcement quantities) supporting material planning and procurement
• Interrogat​e and work collaboratively with CAD and BIM models to ensure compatibility and consistency across project deliverables
• Prepare sketches documenting setting‑out information and as‑built records
• Maintain comprehensive records including drawing registers, schedules, specifications, and material take‑offs
• Conduct quality checks and produce documentation required for handover of completed works
• Support the identification of submission requirements in liaison with Design and Construction Leads and client representatives
• Contribute to data collection for Key Performance Indicators and project reporting
• Interface with operations teams, health and safety representatives, commercial teams, and external stakeholders including subcontractors and client representatives
• Help develop and embed digital information standards, methods, and procedures specific to Sizewell
