Southern Housing is seeking a Senior Design & Technical Manager - Services to lead technical support for MEP design across projects. You will drive design reviews, specify construction methods and materials, and ensure documentation is robust to mitigate risks. The role involves collaboration from pre-inception through to Defects Liability Period with occasional site visits.
The position offers hybrid working arrangements (2 days in office, 3 days remote) with travel as required.
