Job Title
Mobile Mechanical/Electrical Engineer / M&E Engineer
LocationSouthwest / West London / Surrey / Berkshire & surrounding areas
Package and Benefits- £48k - £50k basic salary dependant on skills and experience
- Includes company mobile phone, uniform, and specialist tools
- Overtime rates at time and a half

- Perform mechanical & electrical PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC plant, plantroom checks, pumps, vessels, valves, boosters, lighting, electrical remedials and PPMs
- Carry out other building maintenance tasks such as fire alarm testing, emergency light testing and other similar tasks
- Ensure compliance with contractual PPM schedules and site compliance requirements
- Experience of working on mechanical/electrical services and maintenance/facilities contracts
- Hands on experience and good knowledge of HVAC, mechanical and electrical service and maintenance
- Experience and knowledge of PPMs and site compliance
- Ability to change/diagnose valves/strainers/pumps/pressurisation units/pressure vessels, etc
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar role previously
- Honest, professional and reliable with the ability to build good relationships with customers on site
