Technical Services Manager

My client is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of building services across our interior fit-out and refurbishment projects.
This role will focus on the management of MEP services, ensuring seamless integration with design, programme, and construction activities while maintaining compliance, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
 
* Lead the technical coordination of mechanical, electrical, and public health services across multiple projects.
 
* Manage design development, technical reviews, and building services integration.
 
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, clients, and project teams to resolve technical issues.
 
* Review and manage MEP drawings, specifications, commissioning plans, and technical submissions.
 
* Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, HTM/BS standards, and project-specific requirements.
 
* Support project delivery teams through design, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
 
* Monitor technical risks and drive solutions to maintain programme and budget objectives.
Requirements
 
* Proven experience as a Technical Services Manager, Building Services Manager, or MEP Manager.
 
* Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services systems.
 
* Experience with in commercial fit-out, interiors, refurbishment, or construction projects.
 
* Knowledge of Building Regulations, commissioning processes, and statutory compliance.
 
* Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
 
* Relevant qualification in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
