Tee Technical is a specialist façade consultancy founded in 2009, providing expert services across cladding, curtain walling and building envelope systems.

With a strong reputation among leading surveyors, property owners, investors and legal professionals, the business has built a loyal client base delivering:

• Pre-acquisition surveys
• Cladding defect investigations
• Dilapidations assessments
• Expert witness services

The business is now entering an exciting growth phase, with the introduction of a façade design service led by the next generation of leadership.

This is a unique and career-defining role for a Façade Engineer or Senior Façade Engineer to work directly alongside the future Director, helping to grow and shape the business.

With the current owner planning a gradual retirement over the next 3-4 years, this role offers:

You will play a key role across both façade design and investigative consultancy projects, including:

• Provide conceptual advice on façade system selection and suitability
• Develop façade performance specifications and drawings
• Carry out thermal, acoustic, solar and embodied carbon assessments
• Undertake structural calculations for frames and glazing systems
• Coordinate façade design with fire, security and other disciplines
• Support tender-stage documentation and Employer's Requirements

• Assist with façade inspections and condition surveys
• Support defect investigations and forensic analysis
• Contribute to remedial design and refurbishment strategies

• Minimum 6+ years façade design experience
• Background working for a façade consultancy or specialist contractor
• Strong technical understanding of façade systems
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects
• Interest in developing broader consultancy and survey experience

Desirable:

• Previous experience of survey work is desirable but not essential as guidance will be provided
• Interest in business development and client engagement

London-based, with projects and clients nationwide.
