You will lead the civil and drainage design across a varied set of London projects, the sort where standard details do not fit and you have to actually think. SuDS, levels, below ground drainage, and infrastructure on tight urban and heritage sites: real problems with real constraints, not template solutions.

The practice is an established structural and civil consultancy known for difficult work on existing and historic buildings. Civil and drainage is treated as proper engineering here, not an afterthought bolted onto the structures, which means your work is seen and your decisions carry weight.

If you are two to five years in, you have probably noticed that drainage work is often handed down as the routine job nobody wants. Here it is central to making constrained sites work at all, and you will own it. That ownership is the difference between marking time and actually progressing.
