BIM Manager

A well respected pure building services consultancy are looking for a permanent BIM Manager based out of their modern office in Central London. Our client has been established over 14 years and the practice has grown its knowledge and expertise to offer a compressive building services consultancy service with 3 locations, working on projects across the UK. Their projects include extremely large Commercial, Residential, Mix-Use and Hotel projects, some of which have been very well publicised.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced CAD/ Revit Engineer who wants to take on a new challenge and immerse themselves in the delivery of exciting projects who is looking to progress in their career.

Our client is seeking someone with excellent Revit MEP/BIM experience and experience leading teams and projects, to come in as a BIM Manager. They are in need of a BIM Manager because of their ever expanding workload. You will be managing a team of three technicians and the workload is around 90% Revit MEP and 10% Auto Cad. You will be the point of contact for the BIM team within the office and will be working alongside Associates and the Senior Management Team.

Experience and Qualifications Minimum 5 plus years experience – REVIT Expert. AutoCAD Revit 3D BIM qualified. Thorough knowledge of industry requirements. Track, monitor and implement international CAD standards. Understanding and use BIM within design team. An engineering technician background would be beneficial to this role. The ability to work on multi projects across different teams
