VP Engineering

This VP Engineering position is with a Fin Tech company who are looking to improve the lives of those in less-developed countries. The primary mission will be to scale the engineering team whilst working with other technical and non-technical members of the company. Some other responsibilties include:

Guiding the dev team through shipping new features

Improving time spent on maintenance

Solidifying the existing architecture Don't feel obliged to tick all of these boxes to apply but the below are important:

Experience scaling dev teams in a startup

Fintech understanding or experience

Worked on breaking emerging markets

The successful VP Engineering will be rewarded with up to 130,000 and the freedom to work fully remotely both during and after Covid.
