We’re looking for a hands-on HIU Engineer to join a growing team responsible for maintaining and improving large-scale heating and industrial heating networks.

What you’ll be doing

* Install, commission, service and maintain HIUs and associated heating network equipment.

* Diagnose and repair heating and hot water faults.

* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs.

* Investigate issues with heating, hot water, pressure, flow rates and temperature.

* Undertake hydraulic and system checks where required.

* Work on a range of HIU manufacturers and models.

* Complete repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturers' specifications and company procedures.

* Carry out accurate reporting and documentation of all works undertaken.

* Liaise professionally with residents, customers, managing agents and other stakeholders.
