Working closely with Operations, Maintenance and Engineering teams, you'll lead reliability initiatives, undertake condition monitoring activities and drive continuous improvement programmes to maximise plant availability and performance. As the Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for:
Leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations into equipment failures and recurring issues Carrying out Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) to improve asset reliability Developing and implementing predictive maintenance strategies across multiple renewable energy sites Performing condition monitoring activities including vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis and LDAR inspections Analysing condition monitoring data and producing technical reports with recommendations Supporting Maintenance Teams, Plant Operators and Engine Technicians to maximise plant availability Identifying opportunities for asset improvements and maintenance optimisation Managing maintenance activities through the CMMS system Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health, Safety and Environmental standards To be considered for this role you should have: A mechanical apprenticeship or equivalent engineering qualification Previous experience within Anaerobic Digestion, Power Generation, Process Plant, Chemical, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Steel or similar heavy industrial environments Strong knowledge of rotating equipment and common failure modes Experience carrying out Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and FMEA Experience using condition monitoring techniques such as vibration analysis, thermography and oil analysis Knowledge of predictive maintenance systems and CMMS software Strong report writing and data analysis skills A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication skills Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel nationally What's on offer?
