Location: Greater London

We are looking for a skilled and safety-focused Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to perform aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs in accordance with approved maintenance procedures and aviation regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance and inspections.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and avionics systems.
  • Carry out repairs, component replacements, modifications, and defect rectification.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with approved maintenance data, aircraft manuals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect aircraft systems and components to identify defects and potential safety issues.
  • Complete accurate maintenance records, technical logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with maintenance control, engineering, flight operations, and other technical teams.
  • Support aircraft maintenance checks, including transit, daily, A-check, and other scheduled inspections.
  • Ensure proper use, handling, and control of tools, equipment, and aircraft components.
  • Follow all company safety, quality, and occupational health procedures.
  • Report maintenance findings and recurring defects to the relevant engineering or management team.
  • Maintain awareness of applicable aviation regulations, airworthiness requirements, and safety standards.
Requirements
  • Relevant degree, diploma, or technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Valid AME license or relevant aviation authority certification, where applicable.
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance, preferably with commercial or regional aircraft.
  • Knowledge of aircraft maintenance manuals, technical documentation, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance practices.
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to aviation safety.
