Aurora Expedition Cruises is seeking an experienced Staff Captain to join the vessel DOUGLAS MAWSON on a two-month contract, ASAP embarkation. You will serve as 2nd in command, overseeing safety, security, and environment compliance, reporting to the Master.
The role requires extensive polar waters experience, STCW
95, A-II/2, and high standards of leadership and professionalism. You will coordinate deck operations, drills, and maintenance, ensuring guest safety and vessel readiness.
