Position: Intermediate or Senior Sustainability Consultant (BREEAM/WELL)
A leading international building services and sustainability consultancy is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Intermediate/Senior BREEAM/WELL Sustainability Consultant to join its London office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to creating sustainable built environments.

Responsibilities:

Conducting Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) and Embodied Carbon Assessments to evaluate the environmental impact of building projects.

Collaborating with client stakeholders to understand their sustainability goals and provide expert advice on BREEAM and WELL certification requirements.

Developing sustainable design strategies and recommending innovative solutions to optimize building performance.

Requirements:

Solid experience in conducting LCA and Embodied Carbon Assessments within the built environment sector.

Strong knowledge of BREEAM and WELL certification frameworks.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with client stakeholders and project teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.

A passion for sustainability and a commitment to creating environmentally responsible buildings.

Relevant sustainability qualifications and certifications are desirable.
