Kier Group is seeking a Building Services Design Lead for the Major Projects team, based in Liverpool or London. You will oversee and coordinate MEP design for large, complex construction projects, acting as the technical lead and client liaison from concept through construction.
You will lead a multi-disciplinary team, develop client relationships, and ensure designs are sustainable, compliant, and cost-effective within schedule and budget. BPSS requirements apply and sponsorship is not offered.
