- Up to £50K The Opportunity Were offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join one of the fastest-growing companies of it's type in London. Currently there are opportunities within the organisation for Fabric Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Mechanical Engineers due to growth within the company. As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you'll work across a portfolio of high-end commercial office buildings.
You'll also assist with quoted works and tenant maintenance projects.
This role offers variety, autonomy, and clear progression into senior roles such as Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities Provide engineering support across multiple commercial office sites Carry out both electrical and mechanical PPM(Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance Support tenant and project works, ensuring smooth delivery of additional services Manage and liaise with subcontractors for specialist services Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including:
Fire alarms Emergency lighting Water treatment HVAC systems, including AHUs and FCUs Complete reports, logbooks, and assist with monthly compliance documentation Occasionally work out-of-hours or attend call-outs (where applicable) Salary & Package £37,000 - £50,000 depending on discipline, certificates and experience Zones 12 Travelcard Overtime available 28 days annual leave bank holidays Private medical insurance(after probation) Cycle to Work Scheme Season Ticket Loan Training and genuine career development opportunities (pathway to Supervisor roles and beyond) What We're Looking For City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 IF Electrical or Mechanical (or equivalent) Previous experience in commercial building maintenance Good understanding of health & safety and statutory compliance Confident, client-facing, and reliable with strong communication skills Willing to travel within Zones 12 and work semi-static across key sites If you are interested please get in touch with Finfrom CBW Staffing Solutions
