Job Summary Were looking for an experienced and proactive M&E Shift Technician to join a busy engineering team working within a high-end, prestigious environment in Central London. The successful candidate will come from a Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing background and have previous experience working within within high-end commercial, residential and hotel background

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance across the building. Attend to mechanical, electrical and plumbing-related maintenance issues. Respond promptly to faults, breakdowns and reactive maintenance requirements. Carry out routine inspections and ensure plant and equipment are operating effectively. Support the wider engineering team with day-to-day building services requirements. Requirements Mechanical, Electrical or Plumbing engineering background. Previous experience within a high-end commercial, residential or hotel environment.

Good communication skills.
