Role Overview :

My client is seeking a technically skilled, performance-driven leader to head their Highways and Infrastructure team. With your extensive civil engineering experience, you will drive project success through effective team leadership and strategic implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals.

Optimise cost-effectiveness through smart business systems.

Manage project delivery from start to finish.

Handle financial aspects like costing, valuation, and forecasting.

Lead Infrastructure and Building Drainage teams.

Develop tailored solutions for clients.

Drive business development and secure projects.

Engage with stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

Chartered Civil Engineer with 15+ years’ experience.

Expertise in Highways Geometric Design (DMRB), Infrastructure, Public Realm, Drainage, SuDs, Earthworks, and Utilities.

Proven track record in planning and technical approvals.

Strong operational and project management skills.

Excellent leadership and stakeholder management abilities.
