This practice works across structural and civil engineering on residential, commercial and community projects, and it has deliberately stayed small so that everyone touches the interesting work. For an engineer two to three years in, that is rare and valuable. The role exists because the studio is busy and wants to add capability, not just headcount.

You would run your own packages from early design to site, move between structural and civil work as projects need, and build the kind of rounded experience that speeds up the path to chartership. No two weeks detail the same way.

This fits a structural engineer with two to three years of UK experience who wants range and responsibility rather than a narrow seat in a large machine.
