Mechanical Engineer

Healthcare experience is not essential, however, as a minimum, the successful candidate should be able to demonstrate their experience working with large complex ventilation systems in both new build and refurbishment developments.

Responsibilities Lead an M&E Team in the coordination and delivery of individual projects, including attendance at meetings, internal programming, project reviews etc.

Provide input on design strategy and conceptual design relative to mechanical installations.

Design mechanical installations to meet all existing, relevant British Standards, Building Regulations and other relevant standards.

Requirements HNC/HND in relevant engineering subject e.g. Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Specialist interests or qualifications, e.g. renewable energy, low carbon design, BREEAM, lighting design, LCC registration or other relevant topics

Experience in Modelling software, e.g. IESExperience in BIM/Revit 3d Modelling
