If you are currently senior in your team but still waiting for a formal step up, or find that sustainability thinking gets diluted once a project reaches site, this associate role is designed to give you both. You will lead your own projects, mentor more junior engineers, and have real input into how the practice approaches embodied carbon and material choice across its work.

Salary is between 75,000 and 88,000, depending on experience.
