We are currently recruiting for an experienced Account Manager to take responsibility for the delivery of a major technical facilities management contract based at a large static site in Westminster.
This is a high-profile opportunity for an experienced FM professional with a strong M&E background, excellent client-facing skills and the ability to lead a complex technical operation.
Key Responsibilities- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the technical FM contract.
- Act as the senior client-facing contact, developing and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Lead the technical and facilities management operation across the site.
- Manage engineering teams, technical staff and specialist contractors.
- Oversee all planned preventative, reactive and statutory maintenance activities.
- Ensure M&E systems and building services are maintained safely and efficiently.
