This is a forward looking sustainability and building performance consultancy in London working with clients who genuinely want to build better, across commercial, residential and mixed use projects. They are appointing an associate to help lead the work and grow the team, which means influence and ownership rather than a title. The role exists because demand for credible, delivered sustainability is growing fast.

You would lead sustainability and building performance work from concept through delivery, advise clients who actually listen, mentor the consultants behind you, and help shape how the practice develops. The work spans energy strategy, certification and genuine low carbon design, and you would have a direct line to the people running the business.

This suits an experienced sustainability or building performance specialist ready for an associate level role, with the technical depth to lead and the wish to work somewhere the environmental ambition is real.
