Lead Electronics Engineer
looking for a role where you can stay hands-on technically, work directly with customers, and ultimately build and lead an electronics team?

We’re working with an innovative technology business that is looking for a
Lead Electronics Engineer
to become the go-to electronics expert across the business.

This is a genuinely varied role, split roughly
50% technical and 50% customer-facing
, giving you the chance to work on interesting engineering problems while having a direct impact on customer projects.

• Act as the internal electronics expert, supporting software engineers and wider technical teams.
• Help develop new features and contribute to system-level technical decisions.
• Work across a variety of electronics projects depending on customer requirements.
• Troubleshoot and solve complex technical problems.
• Support customer
  Proof of Value
  projects and help de-risk technical delivery.
• Spend around 50% of your time working directly with customers.
• Understand customer requirements and translate them into clear internal requirements.
• Work with an international customer base across
  Europe, the US, Taipei and the Philippines
  .
• Team leadership and people management.
• Technical direction and feature planning and prioritisation.

• Broad electronics design experience
  - 10+ years' experience
• Experience across different
  ECAD tools
  .
• Experience with
  Altium and/or Cadence
  .
• The ability to understand complex technical problems and work logically towards solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when working with customers and software engineers.
• MCAD and SaaS experience is nice to have

Salary up to 110K, Hybrid working (2-3 days a week onsite), international travel to visit customers, opportunities to build a team in the future
