Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical building services designs from concept through to completion, working closely with clients, architects and the wider engineering team. Your responsibilities will include:
· Designing electrical building services systems across a range of sectors including Data Centres, Commercial, Residential and Education.
· Producing electrical calculations, specifications and technical reports.
· Designing LV distribution, lighting, small power, emergency lighting, fire alarms and other building services systems.
· Coordinating designs with mechanical engineers, architects and structural engineers using BIM/Revit where appropriate.
· Attending client meetings, site visits and design team meetings.
· Supporting project delivery through all RIBA stages.
· Ensuring designs comply with current British Standards and Building Regulations.

The Ideal Candidate
· 3-5 years' experience as an Electrical Design Engineer within a Building Services consultancy.
· Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
· Experience Data Centres
· Proficient in Amtech, Dialux and AutoCAD, with Revit experience being highly desirable.
· Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise directly with clients and project teams.
· Able to attend project sites across London as required.
