Senior Mechanical Design Engineer London, Aldgate £50,000 - £55,000 + BenefitsA medium sized multi-disciplined property consultancy are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their 25 strong MEP Design team based near Aldgate Station, London. This well renowned practice are expanding due to a number of project and framework wins and are looking for someone to join their team to lead projects and mentor more junior engineers.

Projects are predominately within the commercial, education, banking and arts sector, predominately working with Architects and developers from the very inception of a project all the way through to completion.

This is a great role to join a company that is creating a very reputation for themselves, winning work off some of their larger competitors due to their fresh approach. This opportunity has the opportunity to be made an associate within 12 months due to the expansion of the team. Work is mainly details design, reporting, and surveying of Mechanical Building services systems.

Experience using Hevacomp is ideal with a knowledge of CAD and appreciation for REVIT. Candidates should have the below experience:

At least 6 years experience in mechanical building services design

Experience managing your own projects, working in a client facing role Confident engineer who is able to communicate technical detail to a non technical audience
