Intermediate​/Senior Mechanical Engineer

A 20 strong building services consultancy in the heart of Central London are currently looking for a strong intermediate/senior mechanical engineer to join their expanding team. This consultancy out perform their size on a consistent basis completing very high end projects across the retail and hotel sectors. They are looking to expand their team significantly over the next 12 months due to a large influx of work.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established engineer to work directly underneath a director and learn from some of the industries best.

Ideal Candidate:3+ Years UK Consultancy experience

Industry relevant degree

Longevity in previous roles

Previous experience with retail/hotel projects would be advantageous.

Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients, providing technical information as required, with the support from the Senior Engineers.

Interpreting project requirements from drawings and brief.

Attend design team meetings and project meetings on behalf of the business with the Senior Engineer and respond to any changes in a timely fashion.

Assist with preparation of reports, specifications, equipment schedule and drawings.

Assist with preparation of stage reports and outline designs

Assist with the production of scheme design drawings for CAD Produce design calculations, analyse manually and with the aid of software packages
