Revit Mep​/Cad Coordinator

Position: REVIT MEP / CAD COORDINATOR
The position will initially focus on a Revit-based project for approximately one month, before moving into a varied workload combining AutoCAD and Revit MEP.

This is an Outside IR35 opportunity offering £40-£45 per hour DOE, with five-day-per-week availability required.

The Role

You'll support the coordination and production of MEP design information across a range of Building Services projects.

The initial project will require strong Revit capability, followed by a combination of CAD and Revit work as project requirements develop.

You'll work closely with the wider design team to produce accurate drawings and coordinated models; identify potential design issues and ensure mechanical and electrical services are effectively integrated.

What We're Looking For

Strong Revit MEP experience
Previous MEP coordination experience
AutoCAD or AutoCAD MEP capability
Good understanding of mechanical and electrical Building Services
Experience producing coordinated models and technical drawings
Ability to identify and resolve coordination issues
Good communication and organisational skills
Availability to work five days per week Candidates whose AutoCAD skills are slightly less recent may still be considered, provided they have a strong overall coordination background and are comfortable returning to regular CAD-based work.

What's on Offer

The initial contract will run for three months, supporting the team through a busy project period towards the end of the year.
