An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Principal Fire Safety Engineer to join one of the largest and most established consultancies operating within the fire engineering sector.
This is a role for an experienced Fire Engineer who is ready to step up, take greater ownership of projects and play a key part in the continued growth of a highly regarded fire engineering team.
The Role
The successful Principal Fire Safety Engineer will work across a diverse portfolio of complex and high-profile projects, providing technical fire engineering advice from early design through to completion.
The Principal Fire Safety Engineer will have the opportunity to lead projects, manage client relationships, support junior Engineers and contribute to the technical development of the wider team.
With the backing of a major consultancy, the Principal Fire Safety Engineer will have access to significant projects, established clients and genuine opportunities for progression into more senior leadership positions.
The Principal Fire Safety Engineer
The ideal Principal Fire Safety Engineer will have:
Strong experience within fire engineering consultancy
A relevant degree in Fire Engineering, Engineering or a related discipline
Experience producing Fire Strategies and technical fire engineering reports
Strong knowledge of UK fire safety legislation, guidance and standards
Experience managing projects and communicating directly with clients
Chartered status, or a clear ambition to achieve Chartership
The drive to develop into a senior technical or leadership position
