As a Product Professional, you will support the development and delivery of products within the Physical AI (primarily drones, autonomy & robotics capbility) product portfolio.

You will learn how to understand customer needs, work with data, and support teams in building solutions that create value.

You will develop core product management capabilities while working alongside experienced Product Managers, Designers and Engineers.

• You will own defined product areas within large-scale, nationally significant platforms

• You will work across discovery and delivery, balancing speed with quality
• You will be an active voice for Innovation culture within BT

You contribute to the delivery of product outcomes by supporting product teams with analysis, coordination, and execution.

• Support product delivery:
  Assist in building product features and improvements, ensuring work is completed to a high standard and aligned to team priorities.
• Build understanding of customer needs:
  Support user research, gather feedback and analyse data to understand customer problems and behaviours.
• Contribute to discovery and experimentation:
  Help test ideas and validate assumptions using structured approaches guided by senior team members.
• Work with data and insight:
  Use data to track performance, identify issues and support decision-making.
• Support cross-functional collaboration:
  Work with Engineering, Design and other teams to ensure smooth coordination and delivery.
• Develop product capability:
  Continuously build your skills in product thinking, communication, prioritisation and delivery.

• Emerging technology and product innovation experience
  - Experience working with emerging technologies and product innovation, with an understanding of how new ideas can be applied to customer and business challenges.
• Customer understanding and communication
  - Ability to understand customer needs and translate complex technical concepts into clear, relevant language for a range of stakeholders.
• Collaboration and delivery
  - Experience working across Product, Engineering, Design and other teams to coordinate activity, build strong relationships and support effective delivery.

• Experience with working in regulatory environments
• Understanding of mobile networks including 4G & 5G technologies
• Exposure to data-driven or AI-enabled products
• Experience using modern tools (including AI) to improve product development efficiency
• Experience with Drones, robotics or autonomous vehicles
