Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for:

* Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services.

* Work as part of a balanced shift team (electrical and mechanical) providing 24‑hour cover for the London estate.

* Identify plant defects, warning indicators and system faults, taking appropriate corrective actions.

* Maintain and support building services systems including power distribution, motor controls, lighting, standby generators, controls systems, inverters and fire alarm/PA systems.

To be successful for this Multi Skilled Mechanical Engineer role you must have:

* City & Guilds craft certificate / ONC or equivalent.

* Recognised craft apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

* Willing to work a shift pattern including days and nights

* Ability to obtain and pass security clearance checks.

* C&G Level 3 in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (desirable).
