A leading fire safety consultancy based in London is looking to appoint an experienced Fire Safety Consultant to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong Fire Safety Consultant who holds a Level 4 qualification in Fire Risk Assessments and has the experience required to work across complex and higher-risk buildings, including high-rise residential schemes.

The successful Fire Safety Consultant will be responsible for delivering detailed Fire Risk Assessments across a varied portfolio of buildings throughout London and the surrounding areas.

A key part of the role will involve working on high-rise buildings and other complex properties where a higher level of technical knowledge, judgement and fire safety experience is essential.

The Fire Safety Consultant will also provide clear technical advice to clients, produce high-quality reports and support organisations in meeting their fire safety responsibilities.

The successful Fire Safety Consultant must have:

• A Level 4 qualification in Fire Risk Assessments
• Strong experience carrying out Fire Risk Assessments
• Experience working on high-rise or complex buildings
• Excellent knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance
• Strong report-writing and client-facing skills
• The ability to work independently and provide confident technical advice

Previous consultancy experience would be highly beneficial.

The successful Fire Safety Consultant will receive a salary of £50,000 - £70,000
, depending on experience and technical capability.
