In this role you will be based at a static site, working on behalf of one of the leading companies in the country. You will be involved in all aspects of facilities maintenance covering reactive breakdowns as well as PPM and servicing. You will work on a range of systems including HVAC, plumbing, heating and air handling systems. The role will be 40 hours per week but will require flexibility to work on an out of hours on call rota for emergency breakdown cover.
This would be the ideal role for a Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join a market leading company offering a great package.

- Mechanical background on larger commercial sites .
- Qualification in Mechanical, HVAC, Plumbing or similar
- Experience working on HVAC systems
