- Designanddevelopreciprocatingpumpcomponentsandsystems,ensuringcompliancewithperformance,safety,reliability,andindustrystandards.
- Engineerpressure-retainingcomponents,castings,andmachinedparts,ensuringstructuralintegrity,manufacturability,andlong-termoperationalreliability.
- Create,review,andmaintaindetailedengineeringdrawings,3
Dmodels,specifications,andtechnicaldocumentationusing
AutoCADandInventor. - Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tovalidatedesigns,evaluatestressanddeformationcharacteristics,andoptimizecomponentperformance.
- Leadproductdevelopmentandcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceproductquality,reliability,efficiency,andcost-effectiveness.
- Conduct structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigationstoidentifyandresolveproduct,manufacturing,andfield-related issues.
- Collaboratecloselywithcross-functional teams,including
Manufacturing,Quality,Supply Chain,Service,and Operations,toimplementeffectiveengineeringsolutions. - Managemultipleengineeringprojectsandprioritiessimultaneouslywhilemeetingdeadlinesandachievingteamobjectiveswithminimalsupervision.
- Evaluateandimplementengineeringchangerequests(ECRs) anddesignimprovementsbasedonperformancedata,customer feedback,andoperationalrequirements.
- Degreein Engineeringorsimilarspecialty.
- 10+yearsofexperienceworkingforreciprocatingpumpmanufacturerinpumpengineeringanddesignrole.
Understandingofdesigningpressureretainingcomponents,castingsandmachinedcomponents. - Abilitytotakeinitiative,multi-taskandprioritizeindependentlytoachievesharedteamgoalswithgeneralguidance.
- Abilitytohavefunandfindinnovativesolutionsforproblems.
- Knowledge of Autocadand Inventor3
Ddesign. - KnowledgeofFEA.
- Experienceperformingstructured Root Cause Analyses (RCA) toresolveproduct,manufacturingorfieldrelatedissues.
