We've got an excellent role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to work on a high end site in Westminster! This is a standout role as our client is offering long term progression routes further within the business for the right candidate.

As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you'll carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of mechanical plant systems, trouble shoot / fault find, liaise with contractors, update site logbooks and ensure the client is satisfied with the service provided.
Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Duties:- PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
- AHUs
- FCUs
- Pumps
- Bearings, Mechanical Seals, Strip down. - Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
- Cooling Towers
- Tap Temperatures
- Chilled Water Systems
- Plumbing
- Generators
- Pressurisation units.
- Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ (or equivalent)
- Building Services Maintenance experience
- £45,000 - £50,000 per annu m
- Monday
- Friday, 8am - 5pm - 25 days holiday + bank holidays
