Up to £35,000 depending on experience

Are you an experienced Air Tightness Tester looking for your next opportunity with a growing building compliance consultancy?
Zest 4 Talent are recruiting for an ATTMA Level 1 Air Tightness Tester to join an established and expanding consultancy providing specialist testing and compliance services across residential and commercial projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys being out on site and is looking for a business that will support their continued technical development. If you are currently ATTMA Level 1, there is the opportunity to progress towards ATTMA Level 2, as well as broaden your experience and develop your skills in sound insulation testing.
The RoleYou will predominantly be travelling to client sites on a daily basis, carrying out air tightness testing across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial projects.
A significant proportion of the work is within London and the surrounding areas, so your exact home location is flexible. What is important is that you have easy access into London and are comfortable travelling to different sites as required.
Your responsibilities will include carrying out air tightness testing in accordance with industry standards, preparing test results and associated documentation, liaising professionally with clients and site teams, and ensuring testing is completed accurately and efficiently.
As your experience develops, you will also have the opportunity to work towards ATTMA Level 2 and gain further experience within sound insulation testing.
What We’re Looking For- ATTMA Level 1 qualification as a minimum
- Previous experience carrying out air tightness testing
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable with regular site travel
- Easy access into London
- Professional and confident when dealing with clients and site teams
- Keen to continue developing technically and take on additional qualifications and testing disciplines
