Are you a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor ready to take your career to the next level?
An established and respected fire safety organisation is looking for a motivated Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor to join their growing London team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor to develop their expertise, take ownership of varied assessments and work across a diverse portfolio of properties throughout London.
The successful candidate will need to be confident working independently, managing site visits and travelling across the capital.
The Level 3 Fire Risk Assessor’s Role- Conduct fire risk assessments across residential and commercial properties.
- Identify fire hazards and recommend practical, proportionate solutions.
- Produce clear, accurate and comprehensive fire risk assessment reports.
- Assess means of escape, fire protection measures and general fire safety arrangements.
- Advise clients on fire safety compliance and risk reduction.
- Manage site visits and assessments across London.
- Ensure assessments comply with current fire safety legislation and guidance.
- Essential:
Level 3 qualification in Fire Risk Assessment. - Experience conducting fire risk assessments independently.
- Strong understanding of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
- Knowledge of relevant British Standards and fire safety guidance.
- Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
- Confident working across different property types.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout London.
- Ambition to develop professionally and progress towards Level 4.
