A highly respected sustainability-led Building Services and Environmental Design consultancy is seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to join its growing London team. Our client is an independent engineering consultancy specialising in sustainable building services and environmental design. As a Principal Electrical Engineer, youll act as both a Project Lead and a senior technical authority across multiple projects. Youll be responsible for leading electrical design delivery, managing client relationships, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and mentoring junior engineers.

• Leading electrical building services designs from concept through to delivery
• Managing project programmes, resources and fees
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients and external design teams
• Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams
• Producing and reviewing calculations, specifications and technical reports
• Mentoring and developing engineers across the business
• Supporting repeat business and long-term client relationships

• Degree qualified in Electrical, Building Services or a related engineering discipline
• Chartered (or working towards Chartership) through CIBSE or IET
• Strong Building Services consultancy experience
• Proven track record leading projects and managing clients
  
  Experience using Revit, AutoCAD and BIM workflows
• Passion for sustainable, low-energy building design
• Strong leadership, communication and project management skills

• Salary of £75,000 - £80,000
